Freedom of Information (NHS Direct archive)
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gave people the right to ask public authorities for information they hold. As a public body, NHS Direct was subject to the Act until it was dissolved in March 2014.
The pages under this heading are an archival record of the FOI publication scheme that NHS Direct operated. They are retained for historical reference. If you need current FOI information relating to NHS 111, contact the NHS 111 provider in your area; for national NHS bodies see NHS England.
